SymmFit tops and jodhpurs feature strategically placed lines and contrasting colour blocks to highlight your posture, symmetry, and balance from the front, side, and back. They make it easy for both riders and trainers to spot imbalances like shoulder-hip misalignment, pelvic tilt, rotation, and uneven elbow height — helping you correct your position faster. Can I use SymmFit on my own, or do I need a trainer or instructor? You can absolutely use SymmFit independently! The lines and colours are designed to show up brilliantly on videos and photos, making it easy to self-assess your position even without a trainer present. SymmFit is ideal for self-training, remote coaching, or lessons with an instructor.

What is your returns policy? You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. How do I exchange an item? Insight and Insight Pro Gloves are designed as feel-based training gloves. The palm material uses a PU “second-skin” surface that allows small movements between the rein and fingers. These tiny micro-movements help riders stay softer and more elastic through the hand, improving rein feel and awareness. For this reason, the gloves are designed to work best with smooth leather or rubber reins, which allow the rein to glide naturally through the fingers. Textured rubber, silicone, webbed, and textured synthetic reins are designed to maximise grip. When combined with a high-feel glove material, this can stop the rein from moving smoothly through the hand. Instead of gliding, the rein can drag across the glove surface, which may: Reduce rein feel Encourage gripping through the hand Cause the arm to stabilise the contact instead of the fingers Increase friction and wear on the palm surface Because of this, the original Insight Gloves are best suited to smooth reins for optimal feel, function, and durability. For riders using higher friction or textured reins more regularly, the Insight Dura Gloves are designed to offer improved durability while still maintaining good feel and visual feedback.
