 • Core Training Top: Designed for a close, supportive fit. If you prefer a slightly looser feel, we recommend sizing up or for a more contoured fit size down.
 • Align Jodhpurs: True to size, offering the comfort of tights with the structured support of breeches. 
 • Insight Gloves: See size guide for glove size-(www.symmfit.co.uk/sizing-guide) designed to be fitted but if in between sizes please size up.

How SymmFit works

How do the training lines help?
 SymmFit tops and jodhpurs feature strategically placed lines and contrasting colour blocks to highlight your posture, symmetry, and balance from the front, side, and back.
They make it easy for both riders and trainers to spot imbalances like shoulder-hip misalignment, pelvic tilt, rotation, and uneven elbow height — helping you correct your position faster.

Can I use SymmFit on my own, or do I need a trainer or instructor?
You can absolutely use SymmFit independently!

The lines and colours are designed to show up brilliantly on videos and photos, making it easy to self-assess your position even without a trainer present. SymmFit is ideal for self-training, remote coaching, or lessons with an instructor.

Shipping and Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
 • UK Delivery: 2 working days after dispatch 
 • International Delivery:  5-7 working days depending on location after dispatch

When will my order be dispatched?
 We aim to dispatch the next working day from your order, you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
 Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that local customs duties, VAT, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to the USA
Due to new U.S. Customs regulations (August 2025), all imports are now subject to duties and clearance fees. To make things simple, we’ve included these costs in our handling fee for U.S. orders.  The price you see at checkout is the total you pay  no additional charges on delivery.

All Other International Shipping
Orders shipped outside the UK and USA may still be subject to local customs duties, VAT, or taxes on arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
 You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
 • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
 • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

How do I exchange an item?
 If you need a different size or colour, simply return the original item and place a new order.

Can I wear the SymmFit clothing for everyday riding?
 Yes! SymmFit is designed to be worn for daily riding, lessons, training sessions, and clinics — not just for special occasions.
 They are practical, durable, and stylish for all your riding needs.

What if my size is sold out?
 We are working hard to restock popular sizes as quickly as possible. Please check back regularly or sign up for stock updates. You can now pre-order some sizes when we have a delivery coming soon.

Why can’t Insight Gloves be used with rubber or synthetic reins?

Accepted Answer

Insight Gloves are designed as feel-based training gloves. The palm material is a PU “second-skin” surface that allows small movements between the rein and fingers. These tiny micro-movements are what help riders stay elastic, soften through the fingers and feel subtle changes in rein tension.
Smooth leather reins allow this movement.

Rubber, silicone, webbed and textured synthetic reins are designed to maximise grip, so they don’t allow the rein to slide between the fingers. When the glove and rein both grip at the same time, the rein drags across the glove surface instead of gliding. This:

• reduces rein feel
 • encourages gripping through the hand
 • causes the arm to stabilise the contact instead of the fingers
 • increases friction and abrasion on the palm surface

Because of this, Insight Gloves are intended for use with smooth leather reins only. This is how they provide the correct rein feel and maintain durability.
