Returns & Exchanges
Our returns policy is simple and hassle-free. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
Please ensure that the return is properly packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. If you're exchanging for a different size or style, we'll process the exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times

Tracking

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order does not arrive within 14 days (UK) or 28 days (International), please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
